This conference, offers the opportunity for women in Africa, to share their knowledge and experience and to contribute to the world of women in family business management and governance. The aims of the conference are to:

Celebrate and Champion Women in Family Businesses (“WIFB”);

Inspire and Equip Rising Generation of Females in Family Businesses;

Shine a light on how WIFB can come together to support each other’s upward mobility in African Family Firms; and

Create awareness for Family Firms on how they can actively identify and nurture female talent (in the family and in the business).
